New office development proposed on Palmetto Commerce Parkway

Roper St. Francis plans a 130,000 square foot office building at 8536 Palmetto Commerce Parkway to accomodate 600 employees. The $28 million building will be constructed in 2016 on a 24 acre site. Located at the intersection of Patriot Boulevard, nearby businesses include Cummins Turbo Technologies, Daimler Vans Manufacturing, Venture Aerobearings, Boeing Interiors, and JAS Forwarding.
