Anton (Trey) J. Sedalik III, MAI
Trey Sedalik is a real estate professional with expertise in valuation, brokerage, development and investment, exemplified by over 18 years of experience and designation as a Member of the Appraisal Institute. He is a principle at Prospect Real Estate Partners, a family of companies created to provide real property solutions. Trey has served as Director of Commercial Valuations for a national property advisory firm, Broker Associate for a Charleston based real estate company, and lead development and investment projects, exceeding client’s financial goals throughout market cycles.
Trey is a licensed Broker-In-Charge at Prospect Real Estate Brokers, LLC and certified general real estate appraiser in South Carolina. His professional involvement includes active membership of the Urban Land Institute, the Appraisal Institute, and the National Association of Realtors. He has a leadership role with the Mount Pleasant Sertoma Club and is also serving as a member of the Charleston Metro Exchange Club. Trey holds a degree in business management from Clemson University and graduated cum laude.
Rachel K. (Brint) Isaac
Rachel Isaac oversees the daily operations of the company. She has 18 years of professional and educational experience in the commercial and residential real estate industry with a focus on valuation and management. Her background also includes real estate sales, consulting, asset services, construction project management, and on-site facilities management.
Rachel currently holds a South Carolina real estate appraiser license, salesman license, and the Certified Apartment Manager designation through the National Apartment Association. She is actively involved in the Appraisal Institute, National Association of Realtors, Junior League of Charleston, Commercial Real Estate Women and the Charleston Young Professionals network (Chamber of Commerce). Rachel graduated cum laude from Virginia Tech.
John Townsend Cooper
John Townsend is an experienced broker who has been assisting buyers and sellers of real estate with transactions in South Carolina since 1998. His industry background includes transactions involving residential homes, commercial and investment properties, and land (recreational, agricultural, and development parcels) in the Charleston area market. His experience in both the construction and legal fields serve to further broaden his relevant knowledge and expertise. He currently holds a South Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License, a South Carolina Residential Builder’s License, and is an attorney admitted to the South Carolina Bar.
John Townsend is a member of the Mount Pleasant Sertoma Club and the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors®. He is a lifelong Charleston resident and graduated from Wando High School, the College of Charleston, and cum laude from the Charleston School of Law.
Jay Eskew
Jay Eskew is an Apprentice Residential Appraiser on his way to becoming a Licensed Residential Appraiser. He started out apprenticing in Greenville, SC before moving back to Charleston to continue his apprenticeship with Prospect Real Estate Partners. Jay has over two years of apprenticing experience in the residential valuation field, and has continued his education through The Appraisal Institute. Prior to getting into real estate valuations, Jay helped run the day to day operations and logistics for a trucking company based out of Greenville, SC.
Jay is a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors®. He lived in Charleston from 2006-2012, where he attended Christ Our King Stella Maris and Bishop England High School. He went on to attend Clemson University from 2012-2016, and Jay holds a degree in Business Management from Clemson University with a minor in Political Science. He is still involved with Clemson University as an active IPTAY member.
